You will see us refer to BUILDBASE throughout this project. We use them for the supply of most of our materials, as we have found their service and the expertise of all their staff, to be by far the best in our area.

Fitting Out

We have spent the winter fitting out, and are almost completed.

KITCHEN

We have spent another £8,500 to date on plastering, electrical work, kitchen and bathroom etc.

BUILDBASE Contract Kitchen including Cooker, Fridge Freezer, Sink, Taps and Worktops, Wall and Floor Tiles, 3 double & 3 single base units, 3 double wall units & cooker hood £2,800

The BUILDBASE Kitchen units were self-assembly, but they came with clear instructions and we were impressed with the final result. The Green Quartz worktops were a good match to the Vitra Green floor tiles.

BATHROOM

A smart modern bathroom at a modest price. The use of larger tiles made this job quick and easy.

Ask for and use "Contract" kitchen and bathroom suites. These are good value for money. The range of designs is limited but as builders use them all the time, and are noted for making a fuss if materials are sub-standard, you can be assured of high quality.
